Day 1 Arrival at Guwahati

After arrival at Guwahati Rly Station / Airport our representative will meet you and proceed for your hotel, check into your hotel & take rest. After freshup visit some sightseeing point like:-

  • Umananda Temple:- Umananda Devaloi is a Shiva temple located at the Peacock Island in the middle of river Brahmaputra just opposite the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Kamrup or the Kachari Ghat in Guwahati. It was built by the Ahom King Gadadhar Singha, who was a devout Shaivaite.
  • Guwahati Zoo
  • Basista Mandir:-Basistha temple, located in the south-east corner of Guwahati city, Assam, India, is a Shiva mandir constructed by Ahom King Rajeswar Singha in 1764 along with gift of land 835 Bighas for the ashram. The history of the Basistha Ashram where the temple is located dates back to the Vedic age.

After that back to your hotel & Overnight stay at Guwahati.

Day 2 Guwahati – Shillong (100 kms / 03 hrs.)

After breakfast transfer to Shillong (4,900 ft.), called 'Scotland of the East". Enroute visit Umium Lake, a majestic placid lake with its surrounding sylvan hills. On arrival at Shillong, check in at your hotel & visit some places like:- 

  • Shillong Peak: The Shillong peak stands massively 2000 mtr above the sea level. It is one of the highest points in the state which offers a breathtaking bird’s eye view of the city.
  • Elephant Falls: Named after an Elephant like stone at its foot, the Elephant Falls are amongst the most popular falls in the North-East, situated next to Shillong. It is a tourists' paradise with three layers of the falls accessible to the layman from different vantage points. The Britishers named this fall so owing to the presence of an elephant-shaped rock on one side of the fall. However, the stone disintegrated and was washed away due to an earthquake in 1897. Elephant Waterfalls is a superb place for spending some time in the midst of nature while capturing the incredible moments for your keepsake.

Then back to your hotel & Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day 3 Shillong to Cherrapunjee (60 kms / 2-3 hrs. One Way)

After early breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee (4,400 ft.), the wettest place in the world. You will see the beautiful waterfall known as Nohkalikai. You can also explore the caves known as MawsmaiLiving Root Bridge & check into your hotel & overnight stay at Cherrapunjee.

Day 4 Cherrapunjee to Excursion to Mawlynnong & Dawki to Shillong

After early breakfast drive to Mawlynnong – “Asia’s Cleanest Village”. Mawlynnong offers many interesting sights such as the living root bridge and another strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another small rock. Later proceed to Dawki, a small town near India Bangladesh border. Enjoy breathtaking view of the Umangot River. Evening drive back to Shillong & Overnight stay in Shillong.

Day 5 Shillong to Guwahati

After Morning breakfast proceed for Guwahati, Check into your hotel, After fresh up visit:-

  • Kamakhya Mandir:- The Kamakhya Temple also known as Kamrup-Kamakhya temple, Kamakhya Devalaya, is a Hindu temple dedicated to the mother goddess Kamakhya. It is one of the oldest of the 51 Shakti Pithas.

Evening free for shoping at Paltan Bazar & Fancy Market & Overnight stay at Guwahati.

Day 6 Departure

Today after Morning breakfast proceed for Guwahati Rly Station / Airport for onward journey. Tour ends with Happy Memories !!!!!!

If you want to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing.
No cancellation or changes are allowed after departure.

Cancellations are subject to the following charges:
30 Days or more before departure: 25% of the Total Cost
30-15 Days Before departure: 75% of the Total Cost
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the Total Cost
